OCC's MICAS-X software helping study the atmosphere

OCC is currently working with two different groups in their joint efforts to create new state-of-the-art single particle mass spectrometers. Both of these instruments will fly on NASA aircraft to study atmospheric chemistry. The group at Purdue University has begun flying their mass spectrometer on NASA’s high-altitude ER2 research aircraft, as described in this press release from Purdue.
