Instrument Communication Module (ICM) v1.1

OCC has just finished work on the v1.1 release of ICM, the Instrument Communication Module. ICM is an open-source LabVIEW toolkit hosted on GitHub. It is currently in LabVIEW version 2018. As described here, ICM allows one to quickly write LabVIEW programs that can be easily reconfigured by the end-user to acquire data by a wide variety of instruments and devices, without needing to program code for the new devices. The new version of ICM includes many improvements, with perhaps the most dramatic addition being the ability to write data to a device as well as read from a device.
