Version 1.5.1 of MICAS-X Released

Version 1.5.1 of MICAS-X has been released. This version brings almost all MICAS-X Drivers in line with the new standard, including timing information, optional time channel, and OSDS recording when applicable. Version 1.5.1 of the Web Power Switch 7 Driver is also available, which adds optional read-back of the current outlet states and the ability to use the WPS7 as a watchdog, shutting down power to a device if the computer or software hangs.
